Refund & cancellation policy

Free trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until that date. No cancellation fee applies.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-year, your access continues until the annual period ends but no partial refund is issued.

We do not offer refunds based on the number of leads discovered or the outcome of outreach efforts, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical fault on our end
• The Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end during your billing period

To request a refund under these exceptions, email support@coscout.in within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve genuine issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension.
