CoScout is a digital subscription service. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery charges.
Upon successful payment, your CoScout subscription is activated immediately — typically within a few seconds. A confirmation email is sent to the address linked to your account.
If your access is not active within 1 hour of a confirmed payment, please email support@coscout.in. We will resolve it within 4 business hours.
Trial access is provisioned instantly upon account creation. No payment is required to start a trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge. Access continues uninterrupted through each renewal.
If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of your current billing period. There is no disruption to the Service during the notice period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
